In a photo editing program make a new document in A4 horizontal size 297mm x 210mm.
Open the overlay template.
Copy the overlay template and place it on the A4 document.
Using the document handles, stretch the top and bottom edges of the overlay template to fit the A4 document.
Using the document handles, stretch the side edges of the overlay template to fit the A4 document.
How to Use Vertical PNG Templates with A4 Size Paper
Download the A4 Extension Template
In a photo editing program make a new document in A4 vertical size 210mm x 297mm.
Open the template file.
Copy the template and place it on the A4 document. Make sure the template is centered vertically and horizontally on the A4 document. Don’t resize the template; simply ensure that it is centered.
Open the A4 Extension Template in your photo editing program.
Copy the template and place it on the A4 document.
Add your digital background papers, complete the design, then save the file.
How to Use PDF Templates with A4 Size Paper
Open the PDF Template.
On the main menu open the print dialog box – File > Print. Make sure “Page Scaling” is set to “None” (or similar wording) to ensure that the template prints at the correct size.
Make sure the option “Auto-Rotate and Center” (or similar wording) is checked. This will ensure that the template prints centered on any size paper.
