Emails are sent to the email address associated with your paypal account, or the email address you use when paying by credit card. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s recommended that you download all your files as soon as possible and store them on your desktop or other storage device for easy access. This is in case products become discontinued and are removed from our inventory. Once a product is removed from our inventory we are not able to resend the file\/s. \nFiles are best downloaded using a computer or a tablet. We&#8217;re unable to offer support for downloading problems associated with cell phones.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>Download links sent by email<\/strong> are are available for 3 download attempts within 7 days from date of purchase and then they will expire. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>If you need additional downloads<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativeartnsoul.com\/store\/my-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">log into your online store account<\/a> where you have unlimited downloads. If the above tips fail to help, do a google search for your error message together with your computer operating system or device and you should be able to find a solution.\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\nIf you are having issues printing a pdf file\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIf your images are printing as black boxes, it&#8217;s not a problem with the pdf document, it&#8217;s a printing issue at your end. <br>\nIssues where images are printing as black boxes have been reported primarily by users of Mac, iPad and iPhone. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nTo resolve the problem, make sure you have the latest version of the free <a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adobe PDF Reader<\/a> installed. We use and recommend these free zip programs &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/izip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">izip for Mac<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.7-zip.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">7-zip for Windows<\/a>.
