If you are having issues logging in, it means that there is some sort of problem at your end that you will need to fix. Unfortunately we can&#8217;t do this for you as we don&#8217;t have access to your computer or browser, so please take the time to go through the suggestions below to find the solution that will resolve your problem.\n<\/p>\n\n<h4>Troubleshooting Tips<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li>\n<strong>If you have recently signed up for the printables club<\/strong><br>\nyou first need to create an account before you can log in. If you didn&#8217;t receive our confirmation email with your account setup details, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativeartnsoul.com\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email us<\/a> and we can send you a new link.\n<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>If you&#8217;ve forgotten your password<\/strong><br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativeartnsoul.com\/pclub\/password-reset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">use the password reset option<\/a> and a new password will be sent to you together with your username. Use the username and password that is sent to you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativeartnsoul.com\/pclub\/member-login\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">login<\/a> and you will then have the option to change the password once you are able to access your online account. Keep a record of your password somewhere safe so you can refer to it if needed. <\/li>\n\n<li><strong>If you&#8217;ve forgotten your username<\/strong><br>\nuse the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativeartnsoul.com\/pclub\/password-reset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">use the password reset option<\/a> to reset your password and your username will be included with the email that is sent to you.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Passwords are case sensitive<\/strong> so be sure to type them in correctly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you are using copy and paste to enter the password<\/strong>, try typing it instead. Copy and paste sometimes adds or omits letters and spaces which will cause the password not to work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It helps to be able to see your password<\/strong> when you enter it so you know that it&#8217;s correct. If your browser does not give you the option to view your password (usually a little eye icon near the password field) you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=Show+Saved+Password+extension\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">do a search<\/a> for a &#8220;Show Saved Password&#8221; extension for your particular browser that will add this feature.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make sure to clear the form field<\/strong> of any autofill settings that your browser may automatically insert.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Make sure your browser is up-to-date.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable any browser add-ons and extensions<\/strong> including ad blocking extensions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure you have browser cookies enabled<\/strong> as they are required in order to login successfully.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Try clearing the browser cache including cookies for this website<\/strong> which generally resolves all sorts of problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Try using a different browser<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Try using a different computer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you see the error &#8220;User with this email address doesn&#8217;t exist&#8221;<\/strong> it means you don&#8217;t currently have an online account for that particular email address.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>It may be an issue with your computer security<\/strong>. These are the most common problem email providers but there are others. You will need to check with your email provider and ask them if they throttle emails to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Some email providers such as AOL have overly aggressive spam filters which may be blocking our email. We&#8217;re unable to offer support for problems associated with cell phones.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr style=\"margin: 10px 0 20px;\">\n\n<p>\n<strong>Files are available for download in pdf format<\/strong> so you&#8217;ll need a pdf reader to open and print them. If you don&#8217;t already have a pdf reader, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>To download the files<\/strong>, click the green &#8220;Download Now&#8221; button and the files will automatically download to your desktop. Alternatively you can right click your mouse and select &#8220;save the file&#8221; from the submenu. <br>\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">\nIf your files open in a new browser tab instead of downloading to your desktop, it means that your browser or computer is set to open and view the files instead of downloading them.
